What is our heart longing for?
How is our ability to receive love connected with our heart wounds and how can we heal them?
How can be become more connected with our heart and let it speak?
How can we nourish our heart, awaken the capacity for love and connect with the heart's intelligence?
How can we let our heart lead us to its power and truth, and allow it to open up to what it desires?

​This workshop will be guided by the questions above.
We will explore matters of the heart, heart wisdom, heart wounds, ability to receive love, whole-heartedness, heart nourishment and more, using Systemic Constellation.
We will meet once a week for 4 weeks in a small group. Every member will have a chance to set up their own mini-Constellation every week by setting up representatives from the group and explore their own aspects of the heart issues.
They will be able to see and understand how these themes pertain to their own unique life situation. They will gain valuable insights into their life themes and forces that unconsciously drive them and will have new experiences which will open a possibility for change, growth and healing.
