In what way do we connect and what stands in the way of connecting with others?
How can we stay in a relationship with another person and not lose ourselves?
How does separation anxiety keep us fearful?
How can we set boundaries and stay in our body while relating to others?
How can we build healthy relationships with others that allow growth?
This 4-week workshop will explore questions mentioned above through Systemic Constellation. We will be working with themes of connecting and separating using representatives and setting up snapshots (mini-Constellations), exploring these themes in various ways. When joining the workshop, you will be able to explore aspects of your own life and life circumstances in connection to your process of connecting with others through symbolic language of images and Constellation work.
The participants will have an opportunity to set up their own mini-Constellations and will represent in other people's Constellations, which will allow them to gain valuable insights and have new experiences, which will open a possibility for self-reflection, growth, and healing.
“Stay close, my heart, to the one who knows your ways;
Come into the shade of the tree that always has fresh flowers.
Don't stroll idly through the bazaar of the perfume-markers:
Stay in the shop of the sugar-seller.
If you don't find true balance, anyone can deceive you;
Anyone can trick out of a thing of straw,
And make you take it for gold."
