Giving and Receiving in Relationships - online

How do we balance giving and receiving in a partner relationship and how is it different from giving and taking between parents and children?
Are we able to receive from our parents and if not, how is this going to affect our adult relationships?
Are we giving more or receiving more in a relationship?
What is injurious to love when it comes to giving and taking between parents and children and how it affects our partner relationships?

​We will explore the themes of giving and receiving in relationships between partners and between parents and children using Systemic Constellation. We will explore how giving and receiving in our early relationships as children affects our adult relationships. You don't need to be in a partner relationship to attend. You will benefit from looking into the parent-child dynamics and possible partner dynamics or friend and other relationships.
We will meet once a week for 4 weeks in a small group. Every member will have a chance to set up their own mini-Constellation every week by setting up representatives from the group and explore aspects of their own giving and receiving.
Participants will be able to see and understand how these themes pertain to their own unique life situation. They will gain valuable insights into their life themes and forces that unconsciously drive them which will open a possibility for change, growth and more fulfilling relationships.
